South Notts Sapphires combines girls from Nottingham Moderns RFC and West Bridgford RFC.

The Sapphires train on Thursday evening (6.30pm to 8pm) and Sunday mornings (10.30am to 12 noon), with sessions split between Nottingham Moderns RFC and West Bridgford RFC. In addition, the Sapphire take part in a number of fixtures and Rock up and Play sessions across the Notts, Lincs and Derbyshire district between Sept and April each year.

We are always looking for new players to join our u13s team (combining year 7 / u12 and year 8 / u13 girls), so if you are interested in giving rugby a try, come along - no experience necessary. We also operate an inclusive approach, so if you come along to training, you will get to play in matches.

We have 3 female coaches who help and encourage development across all playing abilities.
