It is with great sadness that we learn that John Bee passed away on after a short bout of pneumonia following a triple heart bypass operation. John was a past president of both Nottinghamshire RFU & NLD and was a founding member and the first captain of Nottingham Moderns RFC in 1956, since then taking an active interest in the clubs development.

Our thoughts are very much with his wife Mary & his family at this difficult time.

The funeral will take place on Wednesday 7th March at Bramcote crematorium at 11am. All members of the club are encouraged to attend to ensure that John gets a good send off.
